Ground Zero Agro Enterprise (GZAE) is a community‑centered agribusiness located in Nwoya District, Northern Uganda, dedicated to modern, sustainable farming and inclusive rural development. Established in 2020, the enterprise operates on 35 acres of productive farmland, with robusta coffee as its flagship crop, alongside bananas, fruits, and diversified agricultural enterprises.

Ground Zero Agro Enterprise was founded with a clear mission: to transform traditional subsistence farming into a market‑driven, sustainable agribusiness model that uplifts communities and creates long‑term economic resilience.
Situated in Northern Uganda, a region historically affected by poverty and low agricultural productivity, the enterprise was established to address these challenges through modern farming practices, farmer training, and structured market access.
Today, Ground Zero Agro Enterprise stands as a regional benchmark for progressive agriculture, serving farmers, buyers, development partners, and institutions.
